Led discovery and design to create an internal reserve and release booking management app. The app allows Skin Laundry operations to manage and create schedules of reserved time slots for first-time booking appointments.

The user has the capability to select services, dates, times, and clinic locations on behalf of first-time clients. Users can also designate the specific time when reservations ‘release’ and become available for other clients to book.

This booking management app reduced op-ex by $100,000 and increased first-time bookings by 6% within the first month.
